VaynerMedia and the Sour Patch Kids Macy's Day Parade Float
Shooting for VaynerMedia and Sour Patch Kids was some of the most fun I've had in a long time. Like so many children, I spent years glued to the TV on Thanksgiving day taking in the colorful sights and sounds of the iconic Macy's Day parade. So as you can imagine, spending the day documenting the construction of the SPK float at the Macy's Day Parade studio in New Jersey was pretty surreal.
Flash forward (many) years later to the day of the shoot, and the little kid in me was in awe as I took in countless new and old props, floats, balloons, and various memorabilia throughout the studio.
Plus, Sour Patch Kids has long held one of the top spots on my list of all time favorites candies (Hi, I'm Christiana and I'm a sugar addict) so of course I was super excited to work with them.
